THE ROLE

What You'll Do

Design and implement embedded AI models for autonomous flight and mission decision-making
Develop collaborative AI algorithms for drone-to-drone coordination and swarming architectures
Optimise perception and navigation pipelines for GNSS-denied, contested environments
Work closely with propulsion, autonomy and systems engineering teams on end-to-end platform integration
Support flight testing campaigns and iterate on real operational data

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Your Profile

MSc/PhD in Robotics, AI, Embedded Systems or related engineering field
3+ years' experience in embedded AI, autonomous systems or robotics (defence or aerospace a plus)
Strong C++/Python skills, experience with real-time embedded constraints
Familiarity with sensor fusion, SLAM, or multi-agent coordination is a strong asset
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment with high security requirements
